Passing the Viking Torch!

A few years back, Viking was looking to expand its operations. We looked at going to Boise, Moses Lake, or Montana to develop communities. However, we turned these down and chose to start up in the Tri-Cities area because of the strong employment, amenities and the beauty of the natural settings. We want our owners to enjoy prosperity and belong to cities with plenty of outdoor recreation and civic pride.  

Wendell Olson’s son, Ryan Olson, is carrying the torch for this Tri-Cities expansion. Since he opened our Tri-Cities office in Kennewick, WA, in 2008 we have sold 80 homes in the area. Ryan has been working with his father his entire life through almost every job title in the construction industry.
