This was our first home-building experience and I just wanted to thank everyone at Viking who helped us along the way! It has been so fun watching things progress. Every sub we met was professional, nice to our kids (some even let them "help") and excited for us to see their work. It has been a fun experience for us and we love our beautiful, new home and the neighborhood surrounding it. Thanks again!

Dear Wendell,
You have built three fine homes for Sandy and me in the last twenty years in different price ranges - and that's why I'm writing this letter.
We spend six months a year in Idaho. The homes you have built for us in the past were constructed during the months we were not in the state. While here, we would work with your excellent crew (architect, inspector and co-ordinator). We then would have to leave to go to our residence out of state. Being 2,000 miles away, anything in question would have to be dealt by phone or video with your co-ordinator.
As a consumer, we couldn't be happier with the results you gave us each and every time. There may have been a few small items on the "punch list" after we moved in to the new house, but all were always attended to in a timely fashion. We knew we could depend on you, your word, and your employees to see that all was to our satisfaction.
Last month, we moved into the new home you built for us. As always, the quality is there and we are confident that everything is as it should be.

Where do we begin to say thank you?
The home you built for us is exactly what we were hoping for. We’ve never had a home built before, and we were a little nervous about it. But, all along, we kept seeing professional people who had an incredible work ethic and who cared about the home being built for us. Every time we’d drive by and say hi, the men were always so kind and respectful. I hope you make this “thank you note” available to them all. Again, thank you all!

The plumbers were out the same day and a week later we got a call to come out to re-skin under the cabinet. (something we weren't expecting.) Ya'll have been great to deal with and always meet or exceed our expectations. Thanks!!!!

I wanted to thank you and your team for building such a beautiful home for the homebuyers. Lyle did a great job at the walk through and there were only minor things that needed some touchup work. Overall they were very happy with the home and the process, it just got a bit tense at the end when it became clear that things weren’t going to come together for their move to coordinate with their vacation time and the scheduled moving truck. These things are impossible to predict and no one can deny that all of us were working hard to help them and make things happen with the earlier closing date. Thanks to you, Mandi, Bob, Lyle, Kristi @ SCT, and everyone else who got the job done ahead of schedule!

Thank you for the prompt response at Viking and Dew Drop to my request. Dew Drop sent someone up to check it out that very day. They found that my concerns were accurate and came back the following day to repair it.
Again thank you for the response to our sprinkler issue. I can't think of a time that I have received a more satisfactory response.
