At Viking, we pride ourselves on having a reputation that stands for integrity and quality in all aspects, especially customer service.  That means that we are there for you even after you close on your home and move-in.

VIKING YEAR ONE

In addition to this one-year warranty, you also receive an extended warranty by an outside company, Residential Warranty Corporation (RWC).  New home owners receive a sample book of all the items covered in the RWC.  Sample RWC warranties will soon be available online.
