Official Rules
To enter, fill out a Viking Homes Referral Program Registration Form for each person you want to refer , prior to their first visit to any Viking Model. Viking Referral Registration(s) are valid for 180 days from the registration date. After 180 days, you must re-register your referral at any Viking model or go to www.vikinghomes.com/referral to register online. You can also download a registration form. Viking Referral Registration Form(s) must be received by Viking prior to any sales agreement. Referral fees will not be paid if the referral is unregistered. No referral fee will be paid for any referral registration that is currently under contract on a sales agreement to purchase a New home from Viking Construction, Inc.
If the person you referred purchases a new Viking home within the 180 days from registration time, a check in the amount of $500 will be sent to you within 30 calendar days after your referral closes escrow on a new Viking home.
You must be a current home owner of a Viking Home. If conflict arises, you must provide evidence that your home was built by Viking Construction, Inc and that you are the current owner of your home. You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible. You must have your complete name, address, zip code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers. You may be required to sign a release before referral fee will be rewarded. Your social security number and identification may be required to claim the referral fee. This contest is void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of you (the referrer).
Entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void. Entries that are determined to be fraudulent will be void. Incomplete entries may be disqualified at Viking’s sole discretion.
Employees of Viking Construction, Inc and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. Self referrals are not allowed.
Viking Construction, Inc is not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced due to overload, busy signals, electronic problems or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing a computer connection, receiving an email, accessing Viking’s web site or for any technical malfunction related to any telephone connection, servers, routers, or any other technical problem that may impact entry, participation or receiving referral fee.
This program cannot be used in conjunction with any other referral or broker program. We do not allow Real Estate Agent or Broker involvement. Viking Construction, Inc. has the right to terminate, suspend or modify its Referral Program at any time without notice, other restrictions may apply.
